We make every effort to ensure that the items we supply are of the highest quality, fairly priced, reach you in good condition, and are delivered promptly.

Credit, Debit & Charge Cards
Credit, debit & charge cards are accepted without surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. This is to prevent credit card fraud. Use of stolen credit cards will result in international police notification and court action in all cases. Our credit card processing is carried out by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by this method.

Personal or business cheques are welcomed but clearance is required prior to order shipping. This can take up to 5 working days from when we receive the cheque.

We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. All goods sold are subject to the prices ruling at the time of ordering. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

Product Availability
All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We stock over 35,000 items and are sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock. We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order. We shall hold the order until all items are in stock unless you agree to pay additional shipping charges.

Returns and Refunds Policy - Damaged , defective or incorrectly-described goods:
All requests for return of items must be made within 14 days of the dispatch date of the order. After this period returns cannot be accepted. Where a request is made within the 14 day period , we can only accept return of an item where it is incorrectly described or supplied by ourselves.
At our discretion , we may occasionally allow a return of an item outside of these criteria. In this circumstance an alternative will be offered.
A refund will not be possible if the item arrived undamaged and was as described. We cannot be responsible for return postage costs. A defective item can only be replaced by the same item.
We will do our best to ensure you receive your order safely and undamaged. However , We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service. Customers who wish for recorded delivery or extra insurance must state this in advance and will be charged for the extra service. Without this , only standard Post Office insurance terms will apply , such as they may be. For valuable items , it is for customers to request and pay for sufficient insurance to cover the value of the order, if they so wish. Postal certificates showing proof of postage will only be kept on file where extra recorded delivery or extra insurance has been specified and paid for.
