surcharge. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to
the cardholders billing address. You may be asked to provide
us with proof of your address at anytime. This is to prevent
credit card fraud. Use of stolen credit cards will result in
international police notification and court action in all

You do not need a PayPal account to pay by this method.
Personal or business cheques are welcomed but clearance
is required prior to order shipping. This can take up to 5
working days from when we receive the cheque.
We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior
notice. All goods sold are subject to the prices ruling at
the time of ordering. We are not obliged to supply goods to
you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order.
All orders and special offers are subject to
availability. We stock over 35,000 items and are sometimes
dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock. We will
always try to inform you if an item is not in stock at the
time when you place your order. We shall hold the order
until all items are in stock unless you agree to pay
additional shipping charges.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Damaged , defective or incorrectly-described goods:
All requests for return of items must be made within 14
days of the dispatch date of the order. After this period
returns cannot be accepted. Where a request is made within
the 14 day period , we can only accept return of an item
where it is incorrectly described or supplied by ourselves.
At our discretion , we may occasionally allow a return of an
item outside of these criteria. In this circumstance an
alternative will be offered.
A refund will not be possible if the item arrived undamaged
and was as described. We cannot be responsible for return
postage costs. A defective item can only be replaced by the
